PUSH Training Pucks develops training products that make physical activity more fun and engaging for schools, coaches, and sports clubs. We are now looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for sales through digital marketing and help build the company further.

About the role

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing with a clear goal: more sales.

The role is operational and data-driven. You will work closely with the content manager and management to ensure that the right content reaches the right audience.

The position is on-site at our office in Gubbängen. The scope is flexible between 50 and 100 percent. The most important thing is that you are the right person, not the exact number of hours.

The start date is also flexible. There is an opportunity to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Drive and optimize advertising in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Build and improve funnels for both purchases and leads
• Be responsible for email marketing and follow-up of leads
• Ensure correct tracking via Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
• Analyze and improve landing pages
• Follow up on results and make decisions based on data

We are looking for someone who

• Has practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and lead generation
• Understands the entire customer journey from the first click to completed business
• Is used to working data-driven and taking responsibility for results
• Can work independently and prioritize what brings business value
• Thrives in a smaller company where pace and responsibility are high

Meritorious

• Experience in both e-commerce and B2B
• Understanding of how content and UGC are effectively used in ads
• Previous responsibility for budget and ROAS
